Music Therapy is based on the assumption that there is an

music promoting a holistic approach to health and
well-being.
It utilizes active music making to build therapeutic
relationships. The
music therapy process helps to build
communication, foster healthy, flexible interactions and
overcome emotional, social, physical and cognitive deficits.
Music is used to address mental health needs including
depression, anxiety and family and relationship issues.

Therapy is a widely recognized, research based, effective
treatment modality used in hospitals, school programs and
private practices.
No musical skill or training is necessary to
